I placed my order with them almost 4 weeks ago for a large amount of table and chairs, all were confirmed to be in stock. They took the payment then emailed me to say some items were back ordered and would not be shipping until the order was complete so they would ship together. I was told the order would be processed on Sept 27., two weeks after I placed the order. Since the 27th the order has been sitting in a warehouse not moving. Don't use these guys to purchase your chairs. They refuse to respond to any warranty issues. We purchased over 100 chairs from them and in a short time started to have problems with the seams of multiple chairs. We tried for months to work out a warranty claim and they eventually stopped responding and would not follow through with us.
