We have had Jon install window coverings for us in 3 different homes. Everything was fine until recently. We had powered blinds installed and we have been having trouble with them since they were installed a year ago. I have tried to reach Jon numerous times to come back and fix the problems. He has not contacted me back and is basically ignoring me. I do not recommend his company any longer. Very disappointed in his complete lack of customer service. I used Normandeau most recently and they have been great.
Advantage just completed our second home and we love our new remote shades. Always best products and service. See you this summer for new Awning!!!
The company owner is very nice but the company is so busy with new business in Kelowna, they won’t provide service when there are problems. After two years, three out of six remote-control blinds stopped working and the company wouldn’t even answer their email.
