I found this on priceline.com. Advantage is Tex rent a car. The office does not have personnel on site except for the handyman. I noticed the customers (particularly Spanish) struggling to understand the customer service lady whom you contacted using a video screen. There is only one video kiosk. There is no reliable customer service outside the work hours. I had a flat tire but could not reach anyone for help. Any other one is better. After 30 min on a bus you end up here with a trailer full of people waiting and no one to help you.
Please be aware of this rental car company! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I would have given a 0 if I could. They charged me multiple charges and you cannot get a hold of anyone via phone. Not to mention very difficult to get to once you get to the airport.
We found this car rental through Priceline. Worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. First of all, they are located in a little shack in the back of The Spot parking lot so not convenient to get to. They charged a $350 deposit which they weren’t upfront about. The cars available are old and damaged. They gave us a dirty, dented mini van with dark, illegal tint. I rented a small car - the listing said, "Toyota Yaris or Similar". When I showed up at the rental company, the customer service rep said that "I should Updgrade" based on the car they were going to give me. I said a Yaris or similar is fine, they said, no, we are giving you a smart car.
