I used these guys a few years ago and it made my move a nightmare!!!!! They brought the wrong paperwork that didn't coincide with what the sales agent and I agreed upon to house on moving day. They took all of my things to New York and stored it- or held it hostage until I paid 4-5k for their service!!!! Agreed fixed amount with the sales agent was $1200!!!!
