This was a positive experience from the beginning with several information seeking phone calls through the completion of the installation process at our home in Los Alamos. Although not perfect, I've been happy with the internet service provided by Advanced Wireless. The uptime is high and the speeds have improved over time, and not having any data caps is definitely a plus. We've tried satellite internet (i.e. Viasat) in the past and this is a vast improvement over those services.
Service stays up when others fail, great customer and technical service.
I rarely have to call them but when I do I just appreciate so much that they actually answer the phone! They take care of my concerns right away. I feel they treat me like I'm their most priority.
I finally have quality WI-FI installed for full house and extending to my large shop 50 feet from the house. The technician did a first rate job assuring maximum Wi-Fi quality.
