When I went to Advanced Wheels, I thought I was dealing with a company that cared about their customers. Two weeks after purchasing a new conversion vehicle from Advanced wheels, we started experiencing issues with the battery and electrical issues from the conversion. They did offer to take the vehicle back, but they were sure the problems were resolved, well they have not been resolved. My experience with Advanced Wheels was great! I did the CT disabled driver training program, and my instructor recommended Mobility Works and Advanced Wheels as his top two options. I called Mobility Works first, but I left several messages with no response and was playing phone tag for days, so I eventually filled out Advanced Wheels’ online inquiry form one night and got a call the next day! We fly three our four times each year to locations across the United States, and I easily can say our rental experience through Advanced Wheels was one of the best! Michael was professional, compassionate and helpful throughout the process. When we arrived at BDL, everything was as he said it would be. He even provided after-hours contact information should we have any issues. Typically, we have to ask for this information specifically.
