I just finished 13 weeks of PT at Advance Training and Rehab (the Mid Rivers Location). I went to this location based on a recommendation from my grandson (Aidan), who was a PT Tech there this past summer. From day one, everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I’ve been to Advanced Training and Rehab 3 times in the past two years and was healed each time! The place is very well run whether the location on Suemandy Drive in St. Peters, or at the intersection of Hwy 70 and Cave Springs. Each therapist or assistant is constantly watching each and every patient. Together this team insures we are doing the exercises correctly. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Erica and Jeff highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The entire team—from the front desk staff to the therapists—is professional, incredibly supportive, and genuinely invested in your recovery. I was very skeptical about having physical therapy due to a previous poor experience (not ATR). I went to Advanced Training and Rehab for 3 1/2 months following back surgery and left so much better than when I started. They were patient, gentle, knowledgeable and very kind. Everyone there works so hard and teamwork is amazing! I highly recommend! And I’d like to give a big shout out to both Erica’s, Colton, and Paige, whom are all very knowledgeable therapists. I had a great experience at this location! The staff was always very positive, proffessional, worked with my schedule, and listened to my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend this physical therapy center to anyone who is looking for one!
