All the staff were kind and knowledgeable. They progressed by rehab program as I was getting stronger. Therapies used included heat/ice, exercises for strength and balance, stretches, massage and ultrasound. The therapists listened to my concerns and adjusted therapies accordingly. The staff is knowledgeable about insurance coverage and was able to renew by PT order directly, so I did not have to track down my doctor for a renewal.
