Josh and his team are wonderful. Josh is supposedly in charge but I think Nicole is the real ring leader. Madeline and Courtney are as sweet as can be but don't let that fool you...they will put you through your paces and make sure you are doing them correctly!!! I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again in the future. And yes Madeline I am doing my exercises every day !!!
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Makes it easy and kinda fun
