Staff is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable! Front desk girls are great at working with my busy schedule too.
Great experience with the folks at ATR on Jungermann. Because of the care I received there, I am now able to do pretty much what I could do a few years ago. Being able to turn back the clock is a gift. Thanks to Lindsay, Ashley, Maddie and the group at ATR I was able to do just that.
3rd time I have used this location. They have always treated me well. They listen attentively and challenge you so that when you are released you are prepared for life. I was treated for 2 different shoulder surgeries and a calf tear. I hope I don’t have another injury but if I do you can bet I will go here for PT. Lindsay, Zach, Ashley and Maddie hooked me up.
I went to ATR for 3 months to rehab my knee from an ACL tear. All the therapists were fantastic. I really thought Zach challenged me the most. I have been released by my doctor. I do not think the healing process would have went as smoothly without the help of the ATR physical therapists. Thank you!
This medical facility is in a storefront location. Many folks undergoing rehab are driven by family and friends that then wait for them there. The waiting area in the foyer is inadequate. The few chairs are uncomfortable. There is a flimsy card table in the corner. The front door has not closed properly for almost the entire winter, and allows cold air into the waiting area. The staff does nothing to have the building maintained or make the waiting area inviting.
