Quite a disappointing experience today with DR Kevyn, the assessment was rushed had he didn’t consider any of tips I gave him that well. He missed every trigger point in our dry needling session and repeatedly letting him know this is the treatment I need. So compared to other dry needling sessions, I received I found minimal pain relief here, whereas back home treatment had the pain vanish by hitting these trigger points. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place! I have never felt so welcomed at a business. From the moment I walk in, everyone knows my name and makes a point to say hi, even if they aren’t working with me that day. It really makes you feel like they care about you as a person, not just as a patient. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Maddy Schartz! She was very willing to have an ongoing dialogue about my issue. She utilized dry-needling and other techniques to resolve a repetetive motion injury I had. Additionally, she worked alongside my employer to help facilitate adjustments to my workstation that truly made a diference! The office staff are some of the most professional and kind people I've dealt with lately. Bravo to all!
