The management here is terrible. They do not care about staff, clients, children or schools they have contracts with. They are understaffed and the staff is overworked. Just know whether you are a school district or individual clients, there will be many MISSED SESSIONS due to staffing issues caused by poor treatment of employees. There is a high turnover, expect at least 2 or more therapists or new staff members per child within a 10 month span, on average. the teacher l work with and staff are great And show compassion and patience. All that it’s special needs. Hey, what’s up supervisor is wonderful. We have meanings. We speak value. They have patience with the parents and respect Which counseling good services to better help The children

My daughter was diagnosed with needed speech therapy! She is 4 years old. She has 3 speech therapist..only ONE session! We found this out in July 2022. They made me wait till September ,when she starts preschool. They did Not inform me that she was Not getting any services . Then three months into the school year, I get a note saying she has a New Speech Therapist. I email that Speech Therapist introduce myself and ask questions no response.
