Very polite, very informative
The women that works their is rude. Tried to get a tube replaced for my husband and she was rude and said I had to have $75 cash to replace it And then said I had to schedule and appointment because she's too full. When all he needs is a simple tube and ear mold that's legit laying all over the place there. It's a mess 🤦♀️
I can say that this is the BEST HEARING CENTER l have ever had .Rebecca is the best in the Portsmouth office Nothing but kindness and a genuine interest in her clients. I have had an experience with another company and was not pleased at all. I tell everyone go to Advanced-Tech-Hearing Aid Center you won't be sorry.
