We have been working with Advanced Sportswear for many years. Always had a great experience. Josh did an awesome job getting our office outfitted with the perfect options that fits our budget.
We ordered 3 CG Hockey sweatshirts and they were all SUPER small. They call these "custom" orders, so refunds/exchanges are not allowed. Super Frustrating to spend $136 on items you can't wear! Also, these items aren't very "custom", as they could totally be resold in their store. It's annoying that they can't try to do something to help in these situations.
Went into the store today and none of the 3 employees working acknowledged my family’s presence in their store. Super disappointing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place exceeded my expectations. I came in unannounced to have a yeti engraved, and they were able to get it done same day for dirt cheap. I brought in my own art so it might’ve been easier for them to do it so fast, but anyways thanks so much! Couldn’t be happier, will definitely come back!
