Robert was informative and encouraging in all aspects of my physical therapy. Due to his support, I made great strides. Didi was also very helpful and friendly and made sure all my needs were met from supplying ice to helping me with the exercise machines. The facility is kept very clean as well.

Full knee replacement + PT = not fun. But Raquel, Kim were incredible and Rob jumped in when needed. They were knowledgeable, encouraging and only mildly sadistic (kidding....mostly). Great care, great team and my knee is no longer mad at me. I sincerely hope I never need physical therapy again....but if my body betrays me it the future, Metro is absolutely the place.

I was very pleased with the results of the physical therapy that I received from Rob at METRO. Rob put a treament plan together for me that was easy to follow. I felt much better after a few weeks of therapy. All of the staff were professional and easy to work with. I will not hesitate to return to METRO Franklin Square for treatment if I need more physical therapy. I was not disappointed with my selection of Metro and this location.I have given them five stars for excellence.

I only have good things to say about this PT location. To begin with there is ample parking. Peter, at the front desk was very thorough in setting up appointments. My main therapist was Rob. From day one he listen to my complaints and explained goals he would work on. He explained every exercise and made sure I was comfortable doing it. I also worked with Justin on one occasion and I was also happy with him. I would highly recommend this location.
