I have been a patient at Metro ever since they took over the Franklin Square location... a couple of years, I guess. Justin is my Physical Therapist and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Justin is very knowledgeable about the body and why it does what it does. Injuried my pinky finger and Kristen was very helpful in getting my finger back to normal. She was great even when she was causing me pain, she helped me to breath through it. Facility was clean and well equipped.
I was referred to your facility from a friend. It was the most productive experience I've had, never having been to a physical therapy facility before. Justin is amazing, he is the best. I have been going to the Metro Physical Therapy location in Franklin Square for about four months and today was my last day which I’m extremely sad about because they were so helpful and beneficial to me. I highly recommend Rob at Metro. I started PT post hip surgery with limited mobility and now I’m walking without any issues (due to both my sessions and home exercises). He was very kind and took the time to explain everything and make sure that I was comfortable. This is a great location and it was easy to get appointments without waiting long. Thank you Rob!
