The woman at the front desk was nice and I didn’t have to wait long. Once the dr came in, my visit was extremely brief. I expected to have a relaxed conversation about my issues and discuss options. I felt like he treated me with disrespect. He didn’t even sit down…like he was in a rush. I feel like because I denied the nose scope from his assistant when I came in, that annoyed him. I recently had a Septoplasty performed by Dr Savoca. Everyone at the office is very kind and helpful. Dr Savoca was excellent and any post-op questions or issues she addressed immediately and was extremely thorough. Dr Klarsfeld saw me for the splint removal, and he was also excellent. Great sense of humor and also very thorough and kind. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and either of these practitioners.
