Horrific phone call experience yesterday (Wednesday 7-29-26) I called the billing department since I was billed incorrectly. The woman in the billing department with the very strong New York accent never verified my name or my date of birth or anything to prove I was the patient. I would not recommend this practice at all. After spending thousands of dollars and more than a year and a half on treatments, the final answer was that they had no idea what was going on. In addition, the biopsy performed left a horrible scar due to poor technique, there were billing problems that required constant claims and, as if that were not enough, they charged for an additional minor procedure without prior notification.

The billing system is awful. Had appointments for both my kids back to back so they called both kids at the same time; we spent no more than 20 minutes inside the office with the provider... now they are billing me one kid $100 more than the other kid. Doctor said the "affected area was bigger" so she is billing me for 45 minutes when the other one was 30 minutes. (Again, we spent no more than 20 minutes for the doctor to see both kids) Their system is a complete joke! Don't waste your time and money there.
