No one picks up phone
I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy!!! The instructions when arriving at the airport I received when I booked my online reservation seemed straight forward. However, when I went to the shuttle booth there was no clear indication of an Advanced Shuttle employee so I just inquired at the booth. The people there were very unprofessional. Sorry to hear the other folks had problems. My travel from MCarran to Hilton Mission Valley and back was perfect. No problem getting a pickup time adjusted same day either. Good drivers, comfortable van.
The absolute worst company ever, I booked a 7:30 am pickup to the airport and they never showed up complete flakes! Don’t waste your time with these people.
If I could give no stars I would. After setting up an airport pickup 24hrs in advance, they did not show up to complete my reservation. Instead, they left my father high and dry at the airport in the rain and (very rare) hail!!!
