One of our ovens went down on a Tuesday. They fixed it in 1 day and delivered it! Great team over there!

Completely unreliable. Polite to your face, promise they'll fix things immediately, then don't and you have to track them down to find out what's going on. Promised our issue would be fixed last week when a part came in, never heard from them, finally got them to answer this week and they said the part still hadn't come and would be coming yesterday or today.
