I appreciate everything that ARI has done for me. The exercises & stretching is helping with the pain. Now, it's up to me to keep my core strong and to keep the arthritis at bay as much as I can.
I would definitely recommend ARI in Santa Clause. I have gone there for both knee replacement surgeries. Heather and Megan were the best to work with. Pushed me when I needed it and knew when and what needed to get me to my goal. I have to mention Autumn. She greeted me with a smile each time I came and worked with me on scheduling. I thank them for all they did.
I was referred to ARI by my doctor for a torn Achilles tendon in my ankle. The ladies there did an excellent job of helping me in my recovery and giving me exercises to keep my ankle strong at home. I really appreciate each of the girls who helped me to walk more normal again! Thank you!
