This could be a nice place to work if they get rid of Jennifer Gibbon. She is a bully and causes a hostile atmosphere whenever she comes to the building. She has ran off so many employees over the years from the company which should be looked into. I wish someone would take the opportunity to look into why this company has such high turnover and lack employee morale. Everyone is afraid of her because she’s obnoxious, rude and retaliatory. WARNING*** IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES-THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!! Advanced Rehabilitation & Healthcare of Burleson is the Worst Place and The Charge Nurse (Dana) and Nursing Aid's are defiantly far from Professional. Joseph was the only Kind one. My mother went in here Promised that it would be The Best for her after Surgery. Thank God For Our Family being a ADVACATE and NEVER LEAVING her alone, expect at night time( which we were told we could not stay). The care here has been amazing. A couple of issues arose during my mom’s stay, however they were fixed promptly when I spoke with the head nurses. Thank you for your compassion

My mother who’s 84 was referred to rehab after a couple of week stay at the hospital. I chose advanced rehab because it’s only 1 1/2 miles from my house and I could pop in at any time. Admission was great Donnie was super respectful, nice, and patient. But dinner time came around and I couldn’t believe my eyes, what she got was awful, night time came around and mom woke up to a man standing by her bad with nothing but a t- shirt on, she screamed for help and no one showed up.
