It was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Appointments were constantly delayed, and the staff showed little empathy or concern for patient needs. I didn’t feel heard or respected during my time here. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking serious mental health support.
The intake process was a disaster. I had to fill out endless paperwork, only to feel like no one actually read it. The therapist I saw didn’t seem aware of my history or the goals I had outlined, which made the first few sessions a waste of time.
The environment here was far from therapeutic. The waiting area was overcrowded and noisy, which made it hard to relax before sessions. Additionally, privacy seemed to be an afterthought as I could overhear other clients’ conversations with staff. This is unacceptable in a mental health setting. Will not be back.
I do not recommend this place. Despite attending for several months, I felt no progress or genuine support from the staff. The therapist seemed to use a one-size-fits-all approach that didn’t address my specific needs. I felt like just another number in their system, not a person
I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this place. The staff lacked professionalism and empathy. My counselor often seemed distracted during sessions, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Mental health care should be a safe and supportive space, but unfortunately, this center did not provide that for me.
I felt completely unheard and dismissed during my sessions.
