I bought 10 solar panels from Advanced Power 13 years ago, and 4 years ago saw some cracks. Since I am over 65, I don't get up on the roof as much. A year later, every single one was cracked. When I called and asked for at least some credit on a new panel, it was less than $200. What a cheap product. Just because your manufacturer was cheap doesn't mean you should make your customers pay. VERY POOR VALUE.
