I was worried about needing physical therapy again and finding a place I could trust but this was it. Incredibly thankful for the therapists and staff here. They are so kind and most importantly provide amazing therapy that is moving me in the right direction for the first time.

I love this place! The workouts they have you do aren’t overwhelming at all, very simple with amazing massages. They really know what they’re doing, I’d highly recommend this place. 🫶

This place is incredible. Everyone is knowledgeable, sweet, and amazing at what they do. Prior to my first visit with them, I despised physical therapy; it had always left me disheartened and in more pain than before. I've never had those issues here. Not only have they helped my pain significantly, but they have taught me so much about my body. Thank you for giving me back the hope and confidence that my body will be able to heal.

Whether you have broken a bone, torn a vital tendon or just need a good PT session to loosen up your parts, this is the place. The staff are exceedingly knowledgeable. They ask questions, help clients balance hard work and physical comfort and practice therapeutic massage as much as they push you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. Minou (sorry, don't know her last name) is an exceptional PT. She is successfully lead me through a course of treatment to relieve pain. I get better with every visit. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human muscular/skeletal system. She patiently answers my questions about how all my body parts work together to support pain-free mobility. She is encouraging when I make progress. I highly recommend her!
