I have been going here for about 5 years now and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed! I have worked with almost every physical therapist there (currently with Kate and she is seriously THE BEST!!) and can’t say enough good things about them! Advanced therapy at the champion center location is the Best PT in the area. From the minute you walk through the doors Eve welcomes you with a smile and positive attitude. I have worked with Gerad and he is so confident in what he does. Everyone is super friendly and fun to be around. I highly recommend anyone of the therapists for a safe recovery. Thanks to all of you for making my recovery as easy as possible.

This review is for the Champion Center location in Grand Chute I normally don’t write reviews but I felt this may have happened to others at this location. I was suppose to have my companies third party insurance updated after each appointment and this was apparently only done once, when I brought it to their attention the secretary there (Dale) was very unhelpful, cocky, and to lazy to help me and when she did she made a big deal about it after I had to drive there personally. I would not recommend this after all this.

Helped me with a path forward for my shoulder. They were able to diagnose my issue correctly, recommend exercises to do at home, in addition to visits on site at the Champion Center, and monitor progress for a realistic, attainable recovery.
