The physical therapists are very knowledgeable.
Did my best to obtain a document from the front desk stating that "I was there" as a simple supporting document for my insurance travel reimbursement plan. I never imagined that such a simple request would become so difficult and cause so much frustration. I was told after an at length phone call the day prior, that it was the other girls job to produce such a document and that she will have her prepare the document the next day.
