Yesterday my elderly and disabled mother had a 330pm appointment that staff set for her with Tom who is part owner and a therapist. My mother lives in Covington VA and has to go through a lot to get to Salem. Before my sister could park an Employee ran out to the parking lot to tell my mom Tom refused to see her. Ran to the parking lot. Let that cook. My mother was 6 minutes late and the employee blocked her from trying to enter the building which assisted in her being 6 minutes late. Injured my right knee in the middle of the night when my body turned left and my knee turned right. I saw my primary care physician, Dr. Malinchak (Great PCP) she referred me to Advanced Physical Therapy. I had a physical therapist named Tom who worked with me for the last six weeks with tremendous results, much decrease in pain, and increased flexibility. I would highly recommend this physical therapy facility to anyone who wants to have positive results.
I have had the privilege of being a patient since 2009. Trust me.. I won’t go anywhere else! 😊 Tom and Remco have been my Physical Therapists.
