I got in a car accident in January and started physical Therapy today. Everybody was very welcoming.!
I hurt my back on May 18th, thought I was 50 but apparently I am not that young anymore. Subsequently came down with sciatica on my left side. Severe, debilitated, back and left leg pain. I had to crawl out of bed, screaming in pain each and every morning as I put my feet on the floor. After about 1 week, I went to my MD, was directed to go physical therapy in their money driven truck network, but I elected to go to Advanced Physical Therapy instead and I'm so glad that I did! Wonderful staff! I was provide a regimen of exercises and stretching techniques that helped to alleviate my hip pain from the first day. After 4 weeks of physical therapy, I can confidently say that I won't be scheduling a hip replacement any longer. Hooray!
