I would have like to give a zero star, if I could , this is the worst facility you could every thing of, the staff are all unprofessionals, from the CNAs to the nurses, dirty environment, when you reported something you them , even to the leads they don't care, worst place to work

2.5.25 Unfortunately my bed ridden mother is currently staying here where she bathed once per week because "...we don't have any linens." More to follow. 2.14.25 Update: My mother's ceiling has been leaking for a week now and no one seems to care. The only number available anywhere is the receptionist and she's no help. The receptionist is VERY RUDE .. My mom called inquiring about a job and she kept giving my mom RUDENESS & BAD ATTITUDE ( it’s not what you say it’s HOW you say things) Like yall gotta do better
