I was recommended Josie when I was looking for a good deep tissue massage therapist that did needling and cupping. From the first session I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. She really listened to understand my issues and her treatments have really helped with my ongoing frozen shoulder, neck tension issues, which have really improved . I had my first treatment with Yin at Advanced Myotherapy. I have been experiencing pain related to chondromalacia patella. Jin effectively relieved some muscle tension in my thigh and calf, which significantly improved my mobility. I felt the benefits almost instantly, and the next day, my range of motion was so much better. Thanks a million.

I had severe neck pain to the point of being unable to move. I was able to get a same day appointment with Yin and she was amazing. She did dry needling, cupping and a bit of massage and was able to immediately pin point my sore spots. I went back to her the next day and my pain was vastly improved after two appointments. I will definitely return to see Yin!
