Had a session with Zaidyn and he was awesome. Really thorough, communicated well and the session felt really personalised. He genuinely wants to help get the best outcome for me.
I had a 90 minute myo treatment with Zaidyn and it was very effective in reducing knots and pain in my legs from jogging (and not stretching enough).
Advanced Myotherapy have helped a huge amount with injuries I've had, and I can feel an immediate benefit straight afterwards. Their team is knowledgeable and professional, and every time I have an appointment I'm reminded I should come more often!

This is my third visit to Advanced Myotherapy and each time the relief improves. While it was a fairly intense visit, the pain relief is lasting longer.
