Unprofessional and unacceptable transport. Dropped off a patient without talking to anyone at the facility, gone in 3 minutes. What if we have questions. I brought this behavior up to the drivers and their response was we have done this 1000 times and I'm an EMT. I guess they did not teach you communication skills. I've seen more interaction between a UPS delivery that required a signature than this medical transport that's carrying a human being.

I called yesterday to make arrangements for transport for my 82 year old mother who has a fractured vertebrae (on bed rest) and I felt it would be easier for her to have wheelchair transport instead of my taking her in and out of a vehicle to her dialysis. I called advanced med trans and JC the owner give me a quote and we scheduled 8a pick up and 12-1215p pick up to return home. At 1220p my sister called to see where the driver was and we were told 10-15 minutes more. The driver, JC, did not show up until 1242pm! My mom was... read more
