"I booked a deep tissue massage at Advance Massage on McPhillips because of a lot of popping sounds in my shoulder. Darrel performed the massage and found very stiff muscles around my shoulder blade. He worked them out, and now my shoulder is gliding smoothly and I can lift weights properly again!
