I can’t imagine going anyplace else! The atmosphere is calming, and welcoming. Sara gives the best massages ever!! They go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure they address your needs and the variety of services they offer is amazing. Try them!! You’ll be hooked 😊

I’ve been to hundreds of massage spas, and Sara proved to me I’ve been going to all the wrong places. The relaxing couples massage for valentines day weekend was impeccable. I was a swimmer and a water polo player in my youthful time, and deep tissue massage in the right pressure is critical. I also had returned back to work after 6 months of medical leave, and Sara accommodated to the massage I needed. I've been seeing Sara @ Advanced Massage & Wellness for almost 3 years now. I visit once a month for a 90 minute "healing" massage and it is absolutely phenomenal! There is a reason I continuously return once a month, Sara has helped me with TMJ, shoulder issues, neck stiffness, low back issues, hip mobility, c-section scar tissue issues, etc. She listens to you and your body, booking an appointment is well worth it!
