For truck drivers with 53 ft trailers : 1. Location has a washroom. You can ask them for use. 2. Overnight parking is available on the street. 3. Loading time is 30 to 60 minutes. Depends on the break timings. 4. Paperwork was ready before they loaded the trailer. So pretty organized and lovely people. 5. Need a PARS sticker if you are crossing border. 6. We have to turn right towards the other location and back into the dock. They have only one dock. So might need to wait a bit as well if someone is already on the dock.

Parked on the street Sunday evening out front with no problems. Somewhat tight to back into, but over all not bad. Update: the owner was extremely nice, and even washed my trailer out. I asked about washouts in the area and they offered to help me out. I cant think him and his employee Beto enough!!! Thank you so much.

Advanced Marine technology is actually a pretty good facility when it comes to the respect for driver's, they got us in quickly. They loaded us fast and had a place to park for overnight. So if you don't mind the fishy smell overall pretty good place. Side note ; they did overload us. Willing to look over it because it is live fish. Side note; you're only 3 miles away from historical fort that's off of the marina pretty good to go check out! Pack a umbrella and a coat it's pretty chilly out there. #TCConvoyUSA
