Dr Joe has helped me for six years with my lumbar herniated discs and the pain/muscle tension that comes along with that. He is always very informative and takes the time to really listen to how the injury feels to me as the patient. Joe helped me recover from an Achilles injury. He does deep tissue work as well as diagnostics of weak muscles, and prescribed specific stretching and strengthening exercises.
I flew up to Boston for a golf tournament and threw my back out the morning of the tournament. I frantically tried to fix the issue myself, but was unsuccessful. Luckily I found Joe and was able to visit his office before our afternoon tee time. Joe took his time and performed a miracle on my back. Prior to visiting him I was unable to walk or move. I have had an amazing experience with physiotherapist Joe Rigby. Joe is actively treating the patient for the 30 minutes of the session. Furthermore, he often attends to courses during the weekends to further improve his practice. This tells a lot on his mentality: providing the best care for his patients. In my case, sessions included mostly spotting areas of muscle tightness, active release and gastron.
