Waste of money. We were sold a device. It was a bait and switch. The sales person lied to us and they refused to refund for services we never used or wanted. Not with a single penny.
While looking for a translation service for our facility I contacted Advanced Kiosks. They responded quickly. The person was friendly and helpful, asking great questions. Together we figured out that their service wouldn't be a good fit. They even recommended a competition service that would. I wish it would have worked out.
They're a great company to work with, know what they are producing and truly believe in satisfying their customers.
