I got a concussion and was really impressed with the thorough introduction to the facility and chamber Hugo provided. Once in the chamber there are blankets and pillows available. They can dim the lighting and offer a movie to be viewed or music to be played. Be prepared to have to equalize your ears about 100 times (yawning to adjust to the changes in pressure). The staff are very professional, enthusiastic and knowledgable. Hugo has spent quite a bit of time with my son and I going over the treatment and how it works. The chambers are large and comfortable and a caregiver is allowed to accompany me in the chamber. The staff regularly check on us through the windows; they definitely put saftey first. Price is very reasonable. Advanced really makes my treatments a pleasure.
