My mother was discharged from Advanced Rehab and used their preferred home health company. Unfortunately, it ended up being the worst home health experience we’ve ever had. We’ve used several agencies before, and none were as disappointing as this one. Her PT only had her do basic leg kicks that didn’t meet her actual needs. Her OT, did the same—simple arm exercises even though her arms were never the issue. The care felt minimal, not personalized, and far below the quality she received from past agencies. Absolutely disappointing experience. This agency clearly prioritizes profit over patient care. The nurse and therapists were disorganized, impersonal, and had no clue what was going on. Unlike our previous home health experiences, this was chaotic from start to finish. After discharge, we switched agencies—and the difference was night and day. The new team was professional, organized, and focused on the care that should’ve been provided from day one.
They provided excellent care to my mother post-surgery. My only complaint is they need to get Google to recognize the actual location, but that’s Google‘s fault, isn’t it?
