Very disappointing experience. The office lady was rude and demeaning on the phone, which was completely unacceptable during an already stressful time. My mother ended up back in the hospital, and we chose a different agency afterward. The difference was night and day—the new agency communicated well, was professional, and actually showed up on time. I would not recommend this agency.
When my husband had knee replacement surgery, it was the third time we have had services from a home health organization. Without question, the services we received from Advanced Home Health and Hospice was far superior to the other two companies. The day after we got home from the hospital, we had a nurse come in first thing in the morning and efficiently took charge. She changed my husband’s bandages & checked vitals. TEN stars! ALL the staff made my 4 week stay go by fast! If I have to pick a fav it is Fe & Maricela & Rayne & Justin & OT & PT & Aloha! Highly recommended for physical therapy AND Hospice!!!
Stay away! This is your only warning! My stepdad had the worst experience with this home health agency. I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business and state allows them to be in business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
