After waiting two weeks for an appointment, I was told that my hearing aids would be in August 25th. They would call me for a time to come in. No time was set, so I called them yesterday afternoon. They said I had been a 'no show' for a 10:00 appointment. I didn't have an appointment yesterday. Now I have to wait another week to pick up my hearing aids because "we only have one representative for this part of Ohio".
