Dr. Strom is a knowledgeable professional who is patient and clearly cares about her clients. She explains each part of the process from technology of the hearing aid to the technology of the ear itself.
Dr strom & the staff were AMAZING and accomidating! They made my 5 year old feel super comfortable & the testing was pain & discomfort free! Thank you for such a professional & relaxing experience! We were so nervous & the whole thing a to z was AMAZING. THANK YOU! Highly recommended
