I was having a problem with my resound hearing aids, which I purchased in NY, and am now residing In Florida. Vero ENT suggested I go to Intracoastal Hearing Center, Vero Beach. The office was neat and clean and the receptionist was welcoming and very thorough with her questions and understanding my situation. When I met with Dr. Case she also was very welcoming and thorough as she tested and retested, programmed and reprogrammed my aids to try to figure out what the problem was. Dr. Sheila Pack-Case was very personable. Made me quick impressions for my shooting ear plugs. Great Audiologist.
