My daughter was there last year. Every day I was there i had to ask them to change her diaper give her a bath. Tje room and bathroom were dirty. When I would ask the nurses about her meds and if she was getting them they acted like they didn't give a damn. Dont ever put any of your loved ones there.
We had a few bumps at the beginning ! Nurse Carol is horrible!! however H.O.N Katie listened, empathized, and took accountability for her staff. Offered and did get things changed immediately! Also Sam the wound care nurse loves her job and is amazing at it! Thank you for turning an unfavorable situation into a bearable one.
This place doesn't even deserve a sliver of a star.. feces and blood smeared over the floors, walls, doors, medical equipment, etc. Extremely unprofessional, rude and simply unhelpful staff. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! Especially if they have an infectious disease as they DO NOT SPECIALIZE in it, although they say they do. My father was referred to them by Toledo Hospital. What a joke!!!!
That's the way of these places play beat you down physically mentally and emotionally and then you say something to him about it and they retaliate by either throwing you out or treating you like dogs and or both so I know the feeling I only came in for physical therapy 3 years ago cottage pylori in one place hepatitis c in another
Staff is super friendly and caring. Any concerns are addressed in a quick manner. Management cares about the residents.
