If you are looking for a fantastic physiotherapist, I recommend Ben Franz! I came in with shoulder issues - something I've dealt with for a long time. I've put a lot of time into mobility/flexibility/stretching, but it was time to focus on adding some strength in to the routine. This review is not about the physiotherapist. It is about the reception staff. We arrived for an appointment to find that the receptionist was snuffling, coughing, sneezing, and obviously ill. If you are ill DO NOT GO TO WORK especially if you work in the health care sector. If for some reason you feel compelled to go to work, have respect for your clients to WEAR A MASK. It's simple and you failed.
When I have an injury I immediately call Advanced, I know Janel can set me straight on the right course of healing, and of course more exercise… Thank you for your kindness and attentiveness.
