Worst experience ever. If you want to have the worst pain ever go and see Mr John. I went there walking and came out with the worst pain of my life. I am not able to walk for almost 14 days now. He is not knowledgeable. I think he is just practicing for the sake of it. He is not experienced enough. My sciatica went from bad to worse after I saw him once. I sprained my thumb 6 months ago playing football, and despite giving it breaks, I kept aggravating the injury. In 2018 I sprained my back and I had my past experience with other physiotherapists therefore, I was not excited to do physio. That was until I met Tara and she changed my life truly. She was informative, patient, empathetic, and kind. I did not think my back to get back to 100% and in 6 weeks, my back was restored. Tara was not only a sweetheart, but so knowledgeable and professional! I recommend her to anyone who wants a caring physiotherapist.
