Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment and arrived on time, but I was left waiting for a long period without any clear update from the physiotherapist. The receptionist had already informed the physiotherapist that I was waiting, but there was still no communication or acknowledgement. I understand that appointments can run late, but a simple update or explanation would have been appreciated. I saw Austin for my De Quervain’s hand injury, and he was great. In just two weeks, he had me back playing both golf and baseball just in time for the season. He spent more time and attention on my case than any physio I’ve seen before, doing thorough testing and giving me very effective exercises tailored to my injury. I really appreciated the effort he put in and how quickly he got me back on the field. Highly recommend him.

In 2018 I sprained my back at work and I had my past experience with other physiotherapists therefore, I was not excited to do physio. That was until I met Tara and she changed my life truly. She was informative, patient, empathetic, and kind. I did not think my back could get back to 100% and in 6 weeks, my back was restored. Tara was not only a sweetheart, but so knowledgeable and professional! I recommend her to anyone who wants a caring physiotherapist.
