In 2018 I sprained my back and I had my past experience with other physiotherapists therefore, I was not excited to do physio. That was until I met Tara and she changed my life truly. She was informative, patient, empathetic, and kind. I did not think my back to get back to 100% and in 6 weeks, my back was restored.
