After surgery I had to spend 7 weeks at Advanced Health Care. No one wants to have to do this, but this place was wonderful to me. The rooms were spacious with a private bath in every room. There are windows to view the outside and a courtyard to soak up the sun. The staff was fantastic- warm, friendly, and attentive. I received excellent care while keeping my dignity and well being. This should be a model for all health care facilities. I am so grateful.

We have a friend who has spent 6 weeks in AHC of Sacramento. Staff from receptionists, switch board (Victoria), administator (Yolanda), financial officer (Christian), discharge (Bethany), transportation driver (Jose), SLP and supervisor (Sean) and Speech intern (Meghan), director of nursing (Fedilyn) and nursing staff, NP staff (Lyle and Hanna working under Dr. Javaheri) couldn't have been nicer. my sister was there for a while., the rooms are lovely, the staff fair, the food cold. the physical therapy is great. the help needs to push the patients in their wheelchairs more and get them out of bed.
I'm not an expert in SNFs; this is my first time in this environment (for a family member). But I am an expert in high performance workplaces, particularly in recruiting talent and establishing healthy teams. Having now spent approximately 70 hours in the Advanced facility, I can confidently say that this is a high-performing team.
