This is a wonderful facility for someone requiring rehab and care. The grounds, the building, the rooms are all top-notch. What makes it even better, is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Yolanda, the admissions manager, goes way above and beyond to help out. I feel fortunate that our dear friend gets to be in this wonderful facility to help her get back on track. I would’ve given 10 stars if possible.

Having been to a few care facilities advanced health care of sacraments is by far the best. Wonderful, caring and professional staff. Beautiful clean facility. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank the following amazing people in Advanced Healthcare of Sacramento : To Annabelle the Activities Director she is always happy, very helpful goes above and beyond! Brandon and Bret (therapists) they were very helpful getting me back on my feet only in two week I was amazed. Wafa(CNA) was very giving, capable woman everything she did is perfection.I highly recommend Advanced Healthcare of Sacramento especially Rehabilitation!
