my sister was there for a while., the rooms are lovely, the staff fair, the food cold. the physical therapy is great. the help needs to push the patients in their wheelchairs more and get them out of bed.

I'm not an expert in SNFs; this is my first time in this environment (for a family member). But I am an expert in high performance workplaces, particularly in recruiting talent and establishing healthy teams. This place was very clean and new and the nurses were nice and helpful but my mom is 86 and broke her femur in two places at her hip and she was there for 37 days and never saw a doctor. They took an x-ray and they lost it for the doctor that was supposed to have a consultation to see if she could bear weight after three weeks after 32 days, they told me that my mom had to leave because she wasn’t making any progress because she couldn’t put her legs down and hold weight. My husband has stayed here twice for two different issues and the care he has received has been top notch! The facility looks more like a hotel and the staff is absolutely amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They really exceed the usual care services. And I have worked as a hospital department manager as well as provided mental health care for the elderly. This is the best care I have ever seen!
