Staff and food is Excellent.Fantastic place
As a family member, I’m very concerned about the care my father received during his stay. While some of the staff were truly wonderful, a few were extremely detrimental to his care — when my father was confused and hallucinating, they treated life-and-death decisions as final, didn’t respond quickly as his condition worsened, and refused to let family members advocate even after he said we could. We’ve filed formal complaints with the state and Medicare.
