This place is the nicest facility I have ever seen. Food is delicious. Short staffed. Care on 3rd shift is lacking. I asked for my meds and didn’t get until way passed time. Asked for it 5 times before I ever got it. I asked if they had to go to Egypt to get it!!! The beauty shop isn’t staffed at all. Haven’t had a hairstylist for 6 months. The housekeeper only gets 15.00 per shift. She has a tough job. I’m not sure what the CNA’s make. Call light can be on forever & they turn it off. I have OT & PT. It’s excellent. Very very very disappointed in this facility. I worked for this place for a while. They have a great DON. She has been a nurse for a very long time. I trusted them so much with the care of my Mother in law. She laid up in the bed for five days very very sick. Until I laid eyes on her SUNDAY. I expressed to my Father in law she was sepsis to tell them that. They came back in said the rules that out but was still giving her antibiotics. Why was yall giving it if you ruled it out . I found Advanced Healthcare after being given a list of approximately 15 to 20 facilities of which I am to choose one. I called a couple but only visited one. I was impressed by Advanced Healthcares’ appearance, but mostly the first person I spoke with, Jamie Walker, the receptionist. She’s the reason we chose Advanced Healthcare.
