I would like to give a shout out to Aleaya she was an aide who worked evening shift, she came in my mother's room and introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could do for my mother and brought her a snack. I told her in the 7 days my mom has been here never did she get a snack offered to her, I thank you for doing what's best for my mother and making sure she knew who you were. My mother stayed at this facility for 7 days post hospitalization. I can only say the facility was beautiful and kept very clean daily. If you have a loved one staying here, I advise coming to visit daily and checking on them for things to get left out regarding medication and the food is not good. I had to bring in food daily just to get my mother to eat for I tasted the food, it was very bland, had no taste and the presentation was not the best. she would nick pick at her food, and she did eat the breakfast which was b... read more
