I've had to do physical therapy in a few places. This place is the absolute worst from top to bottom. No proper management. Blank stares about the most simple of services. They had 3 days notice I was coming and didn't bother to even begin to start order my meds. Then they were condescending about my telling them my meds avoid life threatening situations which my epilepsy has caused. The desk person looked at me and said. "Oh god you aren't going to die, jeeze" Only go here if you hate yourself.
Well after a little bit of a rough start, things went very well here. There really is a great staff working here and I am thankful for that. This place is 10 minutes from my house and couldn't have worked out better. It is a very comfortable place and very neat and clean. I'm glad my mother's stay here was as pleasant as it was. Deja is very dependable, loyal and caring. Shes always here for me and makes my day much better!
Not sure what the problem is but requesting pain meds for my mom at 5:30 PM, running an errand and coming back at 6:50 and still no pain meds? I'm pretty pissed about it and I guarantee we are going to have some problems now. She should be getting her meds like clockwork. This is bullshit and now people around here are going to think I'm an asshole because it's on now. I will be sure to report this to Medicare.
