I spent several weeks at following cancer surgery. The surgery left me with two ostomies and a lot of major adjustments to my life. The care I got at Advanced Health Care of Lakewood was top-notch. The nursing staff is very attentive. Getting walks proved challenging on the weekends, but other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. Advanced Health Care of Lakewood gave me stellar care after my hip replacement. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. A special shout out to Lennie & Olivia CNAs; Nurse Practitioner Kathryn; physical therapists Kathryn & Patrick; PA Ali; RNs Maria, Kimisha & Mark; and Executive Chef Joseph; as well as those others who made my stay so special. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough!
My dad has been here twice in two years. The staff is so amazing!!! They are kind, gentle, caring…. All the staff here are wonderful and take great care of their residents. The nurses, CNA's PT/OT/Speech, ED, Discharge Planner and the whole team do a great job communicating and providing a great experience to people in need of SNF rehab. The facility is always clean, Resident rooms are clean, you can tell they pay attention to the little details that make people's days better. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need.
