Some staff members are wonderful, but inconsistent care deeply impacts the experience. My relative stayed here for post-knee surgery rehab and faced unacceptable neglect. Staff refused to ice her knee and forced her to wait over an hour for bathroom assistance. Waiting an hour is impossible for a post-op patient, making it feel like staff expected her to wet herself. It is heartbreaking to think of non-coherent patients who cannot speak up or advocate for themselves against this kind of mistreatment.

I’m from out of town and was visiting a family member here while they complete rehab. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience! The facility is beautiful, very clean, and feels welcoming. There were several nurses and aides who went above and beyond for my family member like Tony, Jackie, LaRhonda, Olivia, Journey, and so many more who were VERY kind, attentive, and helpful during our visits. Mom 92 is grateful to Dr. Ali and staff at Advanced for providing exceptional care after her hip surgery. Nurses JK and Jordan were awesome. Mack was awesome to take mom to her appointments. Kim and Justin excel in rehab as they accommodated to the needs of my 92 year old mom with back and knee issues while there for hip rehab!
