Phone just rings and rings. No one answers when you try to call the main line when your loved one calls you on your cell because they need assistance but cannot locate the call button. Also they just leave your loved one sitting in a chair 3 hours without checking on them.

Our Mother spent 13 days in rehab at Advanced Healthcare. She was provided great care by the nurses and therapist.She even adopted a son there (Tremaine -Tre’). He along with Larhonda, Mya (the Twin), Jackie, and all others (can’t remember all the names) were very comforting, professional, patience and kind to her needs. We were very pleased with the services there and highly recommend this rehab to others and Jody Mitchell the Social Worker we can’t Thank her enough for helping us with our needs. While still in the hospital, I was asked to sign a permission slip to be transferred to this facility. I was sedated on pain medication (it's illegal to do this when a patient is medicated). A Dr. (not a social worker) came to "sell" me this particular rehab center. AHC was a beautiful, clean place and for the most part, the staff was kind. I was placed on a mattress that had stiff deep ridges in it which made it impossible to sleep. My complaints about it were met with "somebody's going to check it". Amanda is an excellent cook and incredibly attentive to her patients. She always took the time to check in and made sure I had an excellent meal Ty, Tamika, Michelle, Tracy, Miranda, Miyah, Jackie, Renee, Patty - Excellent patient caregivers The physical therapist, Emily C, Kelly, and Andrea, were excellent physical therapists
