Great clean facility, residents seem happy and staff is attentive and professional.
i was at advance for 4 weeks the staff was awesome and truly treated you as a friend the food was great and it felt more like a resort rather then a rehab they are the best so everyone wants there so there is not always a vacation at this resort
IGNORED multiple requests of looking into mental status (versus focus of therapy/walking) and MISSED signs of infection which almost killed my dad. He ended up hospitalized (almost lost him) for 2 wks when they finally took him to ER for delirium from UTI infection turned sepsis. No thanks, Dr. Hanson. Therapists were wonderful and did their best... too bad he had MAJOR set back and he had to start over at ENCOMPASS which was AMAZING!!
